| As we have been reporting, Alberto Del Rio is expected to receive a big WWE push this year, and The Wrestling Observer is reporting that the push is due to a number of reasons.
One is that Del Rio has publicly said, a number of times, that he does not plan on wrestling for many more years, so WWE wants to take advantage of him sooner rather than later.
Additionally, it's being said that WWE's other top Mexican wrestlers, like Sin Cara and Rey Mysterio, carry a lot of baggage with them, so Alberto Del Rio is a go-to guy that has a lot of backstage leverage and will be taken care of accordingly.

I don't like him the most but it seems a lot of fans on forums don't care for him much and I don't see the reason to dislike him so much.
