HOLLYWOOD’S serial single man George Clooney is splitting from ANOTHER lover — his sexy young girlfriend Stacy Keibler.

The heart-throb actor, 51, appeared to be finally settling down with blonde Stacy, 32, after they spent the summer together at his home in Lake Como, Italy.

They even flew their parents out last month to meet each other. But ex female wrestler Stacy is now telling friends: It’s over.

A statement is expected any day announcing the pair have split amicably.

It seems notoriously commitment-shy Clooney has got cold feet again about settling down.

A pal of Stacy’s revealed: “She said George wants to be on his own again and has no intention of getting married.

“Stacy hoped they would be together long-term. It was a big breakthrough to spend time with his parents. But over the last few weeks George has pulled away from her.”

The Descendants star Clooney was married once — to actress Talia Balsam from 1989 to 1993.

He has dated a string of beauties including Kelly Preston (now Mrs John Travolta), lawyer Celine Balitran, Brit model Lisa Snowdon, cocktail waitress Sarah Larson and MTV presenter Elisabetta Canalis.

UPDATE: George Clooney’s rep has denied the split in a statement to E! News:

"A story published by a London tabloid, The Sun, concerning George Clooney and Stacy Keibler is not true. Total fabrication designed to sell newspapers."
