According to a report by Raj Giri of WrestlingInc.com, Beth Phoenix will finish up with WWE in October.

Since her time in WWE, Phoenix has captured the Women's Championship three times, as well as the WWE Diva's Championship.

Earlier this year, Phoenix was in route to displacing Maryse Ouellet as the longest reigning Divas Champion in history, however lost the belt a week before she could break the record to Nikki Bella on the April 23rd episode of Raw.

I am one of the people who think this is probably for the best.

I mean this sort of got the Mickie James/John Cena vibe all over it in the fact that Beth push seemed to stop when her and cm punk broke up. When I first seen her being pushed it was when they were together. Probably the best for her to move on cause she probably will dislike Lita for being with Punk now. Plus it was said over months ago that they felt he took a shot at her on twitter with talkin about people changing and being fake.

in a similar vein to Mickie James, there's not a lot more Beth can do in WWE. she's been pushed to the top of the division several times and had some excellent matches as well as collecting four titles. i just wish they hadn't kept her as a heel so much because she could have offered a lot more as a babyface. if she does retire then it should be Natalya that retires her

Wow if this is true this sucks however I really hope she goes to TNA I want to see her face so many women over there!

Come on Beth become only the 2nd woman to have won the WWE Women's, WWE Divas and TNA Knockout's Title!

I don't want Beth to go to TNA There's enough former divas on the roster and we don't need another one.Let her go to shimmer or maybe just make a few wrestling once a while.

According to PWInsider, sources in WWE weren't surprised to see Phoenix give notice as she seemed to be "going through the motions" over the last year. Phoenix has been spending time with her boyfriend Edge at his home in North Carolina. If she decides to wrestle outside of WWE then she would be able to use the Beth Phoenix ring name because she used it before joining WWE.

- As we first reported here at WrestlingINC.com earlier this week, Beth Phoenix will be leaving WWE by the end of October. She is currently advertised for WWE events up until the October 22nd RAW from East Rutherford, New Jersey at the Izod Center. It appears that will be her last night with WWE as she is not advertised for any other events after October 22nd.

- After Wrestling Inc. broke the story last week that Beth Phoenix would be leaving WWE next month, Rob Feinstein, who is coordinating an autograph signing next month with her boyfriend Adam "Edge" Copeland, says he has known for months that she would be leaving the sports-entertainment organization. He also says they will be working together after she leaves WWE.

He wrote on his Facebook page, "A ton of people are asking us about Beth Phoenix leaving the company next month. We knew about this a few months ago from our sources and we already plan on doing some signings and other stuff with her when the time permits."

- Regarding Beth Phoenix leaving WWE, it's believed she is just mentally finished with the promotion and the start-and-stop pushes that happen in the Divas division.

One source close to the Divas division believes that Beth isn't the only Diva on her way out of the company as one other may be quitting soon.

I honestly see Beth getting a good send off. It seems they have shifted her to a face role and shes suddenly getting focus again, so I think she'll go out with the divas title.

So I could see her defeating Eve in her last match, leading to the title being vacated and someone like Kaitlyn winning it then.

She says she isn't leaving but then again so many people have said that after news of their departure leaked and in the end they leave so I think it is 75% her leaving and 25% her staying.

That may be too high a % for her to stay too.. :-/
