Possible Fine, Suspension and worst case scenario, firing of CM Punk

For those who watched Raw, CM Punk punched and pushed a fan after the fan pushed and punched him in the back of the head. Unfortunately, the only thing caught on TV was CM Punk punching and pushing the fan in the face, but multiple fans have said the guy he struck punched him, and pushed him first.

Here's a video that actually caught everything, and showed everything Punk was dealing with in the crowd. While I will side with Punk in this one, he needs to understand that these aren't Indy crowds.

You can clearly see that fat kid with the black Tshirt push him but I didn't see the slap in the back of the head.I feel sorry for the dude in the sun glasses he was just in the wrong space at the wrong time.This was an complete accident.
