WWE champion C.M. Punk is scheduled to appear on "Talking Dead" this Sunday on AMC. The show follows the popular "Walking Dead" TV show, which regularly ranks as the #1 show on cable TV on Sunday nights.
WWE has not promoted Punk's appearance yet, which drew a tweet from the heel WWE champion on Tuesday. "Yes, I will be on @AMCTalkingDead on Sunday. Shocking how WWE didn't promote it or get AMC the proper materials in time to announce it," Punk said.
The next episode of "Walking Dead" airs at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, followed by a replay at 9:01 p.m., followed by the "Talking Dead" show with Punk and comedian Yvette Nicole Brown at 10:00 p.m.
Sunday night against Survivor Series, the latest episode of Walking Dead averaged 9.2 million viewers, the replay averaged 3.4 million viewers, and the post-game "Talking Dead" show averaged 1.9 million viewers.
