The Knockouts Championship will be on the line next month at Final Resolution as Tara defends against Mickie James.

The returning James earned a shot at the title after winning a battle royal on last week’s episode of Impact. The former champion had been away from our screens for some time, and recently had surgery and recovered from bruised ribs.

The pair have plenty of history in TNA. In fact, it was two years ago at this time that Tara was James’ first feud upon returning to the company. The pair faced off in a highly acclaimed cage match on Impact in December 2010.

Can they recreate their former magic two years on?

Final Resolution airs December 9th.

Despite not being a big fan of their initial feud, I'm actually looking forward (kinda) for their match. Maybe it's because we haven't seen Mickie for some time. And I just realized that I actually really like her theme.

Anyways, getting off topic there, I hope their match isn't a one-off thing where Tara beats Mickie and then moves on to the next contender.

The only thing I wouldn't want happening here is Mickie winning the belt.

Yeah Tara needs to have a strong reign. 3 out of her 4 so far have been CRAP and it is bullshit!

So she needs to beat Mickie and beat her again as well. I do have to say that I feel ODB should have been her first challenger. I mean why didn't they have ODB vs Tara at the previous PPV if they were not using that stupid tag match as buildup for the title feud for this PPV?

I just hate when a challenger gets wins over the champion and then is never given a title shot!

will no doubt be a good match. but YAWN....I am deathly tired of Mickie and feel Victoria is much stronger as a face
