I had to vote Layla.

Even though she missed 4 months of the year Beth is obviously missing 2 months herself since she is done atm.

I was mainly thinking of their title reigns which both had 4+ months as champion this year.

Beth had a strong defense against Tamina but other than that she didn't do much and she lost to Maria Menunos [sp?] and Kelly at WM which was just sad.. Also she lost her belt to Nikki Bella another depressing stat..

Not that Layla had a much better reign but she seemed to wrestle more when she was champion. I mean she occassionally had NXT matches as well as Raw/SD/Superstars/PPV matches. Plus she was actually in a storyline which sadly is rare these days for the divas..

So tough call but I voted Layla.
