Backstage News On Antonio Cesaro's Future & How WWE Feels About Him

- We noted on Tuesday that WWE officials that Wade Barrett and Dolph Ziggler are now ready for the "big time" main event booking, Ziggler more than Barrett. Regarding current United States Champion Antonio Cesaro, the feeling is that it will take a long time to really get him over but when he is over all the way, it's going to be very strong. their mindset is that Cesaro can win some and lose some along the way to the top and it won't hurt him in the long run.

Cesaro is expected to hold the WWE United States Title for a long time unless plans changed. There's also a feeling that they can put Cesaro in a match with just about anyone right now and it would be entertaining.

Hes the 3rd most talented guy on the roster behind Punk and Bryan. He should be a World Champion by the end of next year

I won't go as far as Dead does in the ranking people but yeah Cesaro is a great one and they should get him a title run as world champion before his career is over. I see a future for him in WWE for a very long time as a trainer after his career is over

He really doesn't do anything for me.

The uppercut is really the only thing he does that I even get excited for.

He's one of my favorites for sure.

I agree with Dead that he really should be a main eventer by year's end.

Idk if he will be able to win the World or WWE Title by next December but maybe he will be carrying around a MITB briefcase at the time?

In terms of pure talent, yeah he goes that high on the rankings. Ziggler and Barrett are on that list too.

Wrestling Skills wise I think he is very high on the list I agree

Gimmick wise I feel they gave him a horrible gimmick and he is performing over the gimmick where most people get pushed back down like Tensai and stuff.

Mic wise he is ok but I think the two best on the mic right now are Punk and The Miz

The current gimmick he has now is a take on his "Very European" gimmick from Ring of Honor

Love him. Only good things should come from them pushing him.

Goddamn, am I the only one who doesn't like Cesaro? I can't see him being successful, I wouldn't oush him personally. Well, at the moment I can't see him in the Main Event, although, onto my next point.

Barrett and Ziggler on the other hand, whilst I didn't see them as Main Event worthy at first, I can see both of them, especially Ziggler as champions.

I wanna see more from him he needs to have that feud that makes me want to get into him even more.

I have never seen any of his matches

It was awesome.

I'm beginning to warm up to him now that Aksana is out of the picture. Still don't love the gimmick, but I think he can be successful.

Btw, why doesn't he just shave the rest of his balding head?!

Miz is good on the mic, but he isn't on par with Punk. Wade Barrett and Damien Sandow, jowever; are superb. In fact, I prefer them over Punk.
