Can Natalya Save the Divas Divison?

Lets face it AJ ain't wrestling anytime soon at the moment.And Kaitlyn is becoming a train wreck,So this leaves Natalya.She can work a good match with ANYONE I have yet to see a bad match with her in it.She even gave Rosa Mendes a decentish match.She Should be the Top Diva Everyone loves her and its ashame she's danicng with a Giant Douch and his little sidekick name "useless Dumbfuck" also it's ashame she's taking a backseat to Fuckin Kaitlyn who's complete trash.Natalya needes to save these bitches because now I'm hoping for a Rosa Mendes Title Run because its long over due.

Kaitlyn is far from the problem with the division. Why Mondays match was horrible I think it had less to do with Kaitlyn and the stupid idea of how to end it. We are heading towards Kaitlyn vs Aj I think at Wrestlemania unless they get a celeb to do a match. Nattie the only reason she is in WWE is based on her last name.

Natalya Is Simply AWESOME everyone loves her because one Shes absoluty beautiful and looks like a classy diva who can kick your ass but kick your ass in a classy style.Shes Dosent have that trashy look like Kaitlyn.She also can wrestle which is also a huge plus and also it stops the hardcore women's wrestling fans complaing she's a useless blonde and all that other shit.

What makes you think that? Lita hadn't been wrestling for a year and a half when she & Edge interrupted a Trish-Mickie match in 2006. One week later, Lita won the Championship from Mickie. The top heel Diva can be plugged into the title picture that easily. All she needs is the heel heat. It doesn't matter whether or not she got that top heel Diva spot from fighting the other Divas, recently.

WWE recently did an article building Ziggler & AJ as the next Edge & Lita. The booking for Wrestlemania seems pretty obvious, with that in mind.

Notice, also, another group they're being clearly modeled on, with Big E, there: Trish, Christian, & Tomko. They're even feuding with Jericho, currently. So, if AJ is doing commentary during a Jericho match, he'd better stay away from the announce table if he doesn't want AJ to be hosting the Highlight Reel, the next week. And, there's another example of someone becoming the top heel Diva without involvement in the title picture, but shortly carrying that to holding the Championship.

So, it looks like AJ is going to be Champion, soon. But, she'll need babyfaces to challenge her. Here's where Natalya comes in.

Better question, can Natalya's credibility be saved?

And I don't want AJ to chase the title, because she will just fall into the we don't give a fuck void that is the divas division and become irrelevant. Look at the heat Eve was getting in her promos, probably as much heat as AJ gets now. What happens? She is thrown back into the divas division and can barely get a boo from the crowd and became irrelevant even as the top diva in the division. The moment AJ goes into the division she will be irrelevant. She won't help the other divas get over, they will just help her sink.

It sounds like you're saying the Division should be done away with, completely. We remember what it once was. There's no reason it can't be something close to that, again. They just need to do what's proven to have worked in the past, instead of continuing doing what's proven to have not worked.

With AJ, that's where being involved with the guys' storylines comes in handy. When Trish won the Championship in 2004, she was still involved in the Kane-Matt Hardy feud, building the feud with Lita for months. The end result was main eventing Raw and being Raw's #2 heel after Triple H.

With Lita tied to Edge and everything he was doing, that not only helped make the Unforgiven match with Trish huge (and got them another Raw Main Event), but carried into the subsequent feud with Mickie. From August to November of 2006, we saw Edge, Cena, Orton, Carlito, Shawn Michaels, Triple H, and the McMahons all involved with what was going on with the Women's Championship.

So, if AJ and Ziggler are both holding Championships at the end of Wrestlemania, whatever is going on with the WHC will involve the Divas Championship, and vice versa. The butterfly belt would have the highest profile it has ever had, and the Division it's highest profile since Trish & Lita were there.

I don't see the bad, there. We want the butterfly belt to finally be important.

As for Natalya's cred, it's been long enough since her losing streak. The fans know how good she actually is. A few big wins and she's #1 Contender.

It's too bad there's not a Diva in the Heyman/Punk/Lesnar/Shield stable. Then, Nattie could tag with the Rock and we'd have a synchronized Sharpshooter moment.

people seem to forget that all it takes is a couple of weeks of booking for someone's credibility to be restored. Natalya's won three matches already this year which is more than can be said for January of last year. if WWE want her to be credible then she will be. the only thing is that she is very good at bringing out the best in her opponents, as is Alicia Fox which is why the two of them have been used as enhancement talent

the division is shallow but the talent is there. Layla and Tamina have improved leaps and bounds from how they used to be. Kaitlyn is more than a competent champion. I don't see how one bad match makes her "a trainwreck" when the match you're using is a two minute clusterfuck clearly meant to get the girls out there in costumes. at least it ended in a no contest so as not to actually give too much away for the eventual Kaitlyn/Tamina match. Aksana isn't nearly as bad as she gets made out to be either, she had a very good match with Paige on NXT this week and before the "carrying" line gets thrown out there, Aksana was in control for 90% of the match

the division can be saved by the developmental Divas as well. Paige, Emma and Sasha Banks are three very unique and talented girls. Audrey Marie has really improved and i saw a recent match from Summer Rae and she was very impressive. She's finally going to be wrestling on NXT and I can't wait to see her. Though naturally we will have to see if Dani, Charlotte and Anya develop into good wrestlers too
