With X-Men: Days Of Future past gearing up for production soon, you would think that all the cast members would be set. However, director Bryan Singer keeps adding characters from the franchise. With a number of cast members from the first trilogy already in, one glaring absentee is Halle Berry. Fans have been wondering whether or not if Berry will come back as Storm, and so has Singer. "I can't say. I don't know yet. And it's not necessarily a deal making aspect at all. I want to make sure it'll make sense," he explained to MTV. Singer continued on by saying that he loves working with Berry.
In the Days Of Future Past comic book the story carters heavily around Kitty Pride (Ellen Page), but Singer isn't revealing yet just who the main character or characters of the movie will be yet. "I don't want to say who the protagonists are yet, or talk about that yet, but I will say that every character has a very important function in the story," said Singer. "The story is designed and catered to the combined cast. It's not just throwing in people to occupy the screen, occupy the billboards." He also went on to say that in their version of the story, the plot is very much geared around the mass cast. Citing relationships and all their foibles and their achievements as elements of the story. For the latest on X-Men: Days Of Future Past, make sure to check back here at CBM.
