| The initial plans called for Daniel Bryan to face John Cena for the WWE Title at both Money in the Bank and SummerSlam this year. Those plans have changed as the WWE ran the Mark Henry "fake retirement" on Raw. The new talk is that Bryan will be part of the MITB match at the PPV, win the match and then cash in for a shot at Cena and the world title at Summerslam.

| I was going to make a joke about there being a long time since they gave a black man the title (excluding The Rock since he's 50/50.) Then I realized, that there has never been a black WWE champion. Certainly the WHC has had a black champion, but that's not the marquee championship.
