NXT Divas Facing Sexual Harassment From Trainer?

Absolutely unacceptable. The amount of bullying that goes on in developmental is unreal. Bill DeMott proved on Tough Enough that he has no place being in a position of authority and the various stories about him back this up. For crying out loud I know two of the girls in developmental. I'd hate to think of stuff like this happening to them or anyone

This is my problem, if this is true, then why didnt they go to the higherups to report this? You can have your identity hidden when you tell someone something, so i dont know why they couldnt of gone to HHH or whoever. 

Kevin Matthews on the other hand, is going on about 6 years of frustration so of course he's going to believe everything thats going on, and he isnt even IN developmental anymore.

I would assume it's probably true and sad. I mean I heard alot of talent hates Bill DeMott and they want him gone completly.

I hope this isn't the same guy who made the guys wrestle naked or something like that.

He may simply have friends in high places. The Divas likely don't want to risk their jobs. They might not even know who to properly go to. They can't go to Bill because he will stop the story from reaching headquarters. They might not know who they can speak to who won't give their names to Bill. And there is the fear that if nothing is done about it, how will they be 'punished' for speaking out? I'm not talking about being released. Bill's already enough of a vicious bully already, they might not want to make the situation worse

Unfortunately sexual harassment in wrestling is still very much a thing these days. It was recently brought to my attention that a few of the Irish girls had to deal with a lot of sexist behaviour in recent weeks. One girl was booked for a show and told not to use her gimmick and to change her gear - she wrestles in a singlet and they told her to wrestle in a sports bra and hot pants. At another show a girl was rudely announced by the ring announcer as "she's got the biggest tits in the county". Then there was an over 18s show only a couple of weeks ago. Three girls were booked for it. One was put in an intergender match against a man in drag. She was forbidden from getting any offence in and such spots included him grinding his crotch in her face. She also was asked to get knocked out and allow him to feel her up. The other two were put in a mixed tag match and reportedly told not to wrestle but to just do a few lesbian spots. To cap it off, one of the girls was used in a moment where her male opponent pantomimed raping her while she was 'unconscious'. The same girl also found herself playing the role of a whore to the MC who was playing a pimp character. He apparently described her as a "slut", "whore" and "c*** sucker". The promoter apparently had no idea any of this was going on and had to issue several public apologies, the promotion itself eventually shutting down
