Backstage News On The Wyatt Family Debut; SS Match Against Taker/Kane Planned? Face Turn?

- Even before last night's RAW hit the air, The Wyatt Family were trending worldwide on Twitter.

- WWE officials were happy with the way Bray Wyatt, Erick Rowan and Luke Harper debuted on last night's RAW, even though they were debuted in a segment that normally gets bad ratings. No word yet on WWE's response to the crowd reaction but it's worth noting that they did not edit out the Husky Harris chants when re-posting the debut on YouTube and WWE.com.

- There was immediate speculation that The Wyatts were gearing up for a SummerSlam match against Kane and The Undertaker after they took out Kane on RAW last night. F4Wonline.com reports that The Undertaker may not be ready for SummerSlam as he's hurt again. Apparently Taker injured himself in his most recent WWE TV angle with The Shield a few months ago.

For what it's worth, WWE's goal with The Wyatt Family is said to be turning them babyface but that likely won't happen for a while.

They are interesting but need some strong moves although the attack was good ain't sure how big star Kane is anymore.

Why turn the Wyatt Family face when Wyatt's whole gimmick is that of a psychotic cult like leader?

I'd like to see the Wyatt family kidnap and "brainwash" faces, just to see how the crowd reacts to the brainwashed star.

If Rowan or Harper were going for the tag titles, they could attempt to brainwash one of the partners to add that potential partner turn dynamic.

There's so much you could do with them, but its tough because I think you really gotta slow burn it with them.

-- At this time, the plans for the Wyatt Family at SummerSlam will see them in a six-man tag against Kane and two other opponents. Originally Kane and the Undertaker were penciled in to face the Shield at the PPV, but recent reports have noted that Undertaker is injured and will not be ready for the show.

Looks like were gonna get a shield number 2.There gonna attack a bunch of WWE Superstars until 3 random WWE superstars form a team to take them out they will lose of course until Cena comes in and beats them all up.

Yep. The big difference is that I won't be enjoying their matches nearly as much as the Sheild's matches.. -_-
