Here are the latest WWE injury updates on Kofi Kingston and Rey Mysterio…
* Rey Mysterio: He's currently undergoing stem cell treatment to regenerate his knee ligaments. Mysterio is doing this to avoid major surgery and should be able to return in three months.
* Kofi Kingston: He's expected back in about two weeks and will join WWE's tour of Australia. He is currently recovering from elbow surgery. | |

| I would like to see Mysterio return but at the same point you got to question what he got left in his career. With multiple surgeries now and possibly another one I mean he is close to being out of ring over a year or so of a full time wwe schedule. | |
