State The Obvious Thread

On another forum once I simply just had a debate thread. This is basically that, but you state something you feel of the divas division then eventually move on to another topic.

Ill start.

I feel as though WWE does NOT want Natalya in the title picture. It's very apparent with her random wins over AJ and no branching off where as if Brie gets a win she gets a push. Wwe doesn't want Natalya in the picture or they would've already.

When all the new women come up Nattie is gonna be outshined even more. WWE wants her training everyone and not shining on her own.

Everyone has defeated AJ to point where anyone can become the number 1 contender and become the next divas champ.I think Naomi and Cameron defeated her last week as well.

As Far as the divas goes there's NO DIRECTION at all we get a bunch of random diva matches for no reason and randomly get title matches because this diva pinned this diva last week or two weeks ago.BOOKING IS TERRIBLE this isn't just for the divas because the superstars get it to.But diva wise like I said before we get a bunch of random diva matches that mean nothing one week we get eva pinning Tamina then next week bella twins beat AJ and Tamina for no reason.Bellas and Eva are now I guess faces and I guess where supposed to forget about the whole Natalya quack quack stuff.Also the whole Layla and AJ BFF stuff quickly ended and Kaitlyn hasn't done anything after losing the belt to the point where eva and JoJo are getting more matches then her.TALENT some of the divas can have matches and some are decent but when you have girls like Eva and JoJo regardless if there on total divas or not they should not be wrestling at all on raw or PPVs for that matter you got a whole bunch of women in NXT just waiting to come up yet rosa,JoJo and Eva get a main roster spot you gotta start somewhere I guess.

I was gonna say something about the time limit these girls get yet back in the day even Trish stratus and the golden girls of raw had the same time limit these girls have today and were still great matches even all the Stacy and Trish encounters in the T&A matches were better wrestling matches then half the matches these divas have now and those matches were like 3 minutes or less.

NXT on the other hand is where the real divas divison is at all the girls are doing well and half of them all have characters and a reason to cheer for them all the matches have been great so far and the booking is a little off but still good matches.

You got that right about time. I actually watched the 6 pack challenge today where Trish won the title for the first time. The match wasn't long AT ALL. But they made the most of it. They were creative.

For instance now we get a hair pull here, submission here, momentum change, finisher/roll up, and end. And they are so SLOW PACED. That's why I LOVE when Natalya, Naomi, Kaitlyn, AJ, Alicia, Summer, and even Cameron now are in the ring. They can all keep up and are creative in the short time they get. They can run the ropes and keep quick to fill their short time up with a lot more to make you feel like it was longer.

For instance, Beth vs Natalya wasn't a long match AT ALL but they put a lot in that short time. Bella's, Rosa their so slow. But now the slowness isn't even as bad or matters its the storylines. A simple CLUSTERFUCK.

Listen to the heat Eva got tonight. They need to make her the mouth piece for someone or make her a Sable/Maryse type. Clearly the fans don't forget her slapping King and its apparent WWE changed their minds and want to make her a bubbly boring face.

The WWE is way too interested in the glitz and glamour and promoting and dumb WWE app now a days than their actual product.

I wanna blame WWE for this but I can't I'm pretty sure the WWE isn't telling the divas what to do in every match they have I think the only thing they tell them is who wins the match and how.

I agree with you on the divas need to be more creative in there matches.Some are creative and some are not seriously rosa threw Cameron at the bottom turnbuckle and then pin her to win that was very uncreative,Brie Bella doing a drop kick(Which Looked Nice by the way) to Kaitlyn for the win was dumb unless that's her new finisher.Also I like how the Bella's are learning new moves showing some moves that both there boyfriends use.They are getting slowly better.Tamina sucks she's sloppy,Slow and this whole her being a powerhouse has been a hit and miss so many times she's no chyna,Beth or even Nicole bass at this point.

I'm done though saying "the Bella's are improving" they've been with E how long now? We shouldn't just now see something new.

I think with AJ they want to book her as someone who can be beaten but will use tactics like mind games and manipulation to sneak wins she wouldn't get normally. She was only able to beat Kaitlyn because she had messed with her and left her shaken after the secret admirer scandal. And she was only able to beat Brie because Tamina attacked Nikki. And she had to DQ Natalya to retain there. They want to establish that Tamina is a big reason why AJ still has her title. I can see why they do this because AJ is so small. She would normally be the underdog face against much bigger woman. But as a heel they can't have her beating everyone clean. She gets the occasional clean win to show that she can

I think the product overall has gotten much better over the last year or so. Much better than the days of one-minute matches and the horrible Divas of Doom limbo. The past couple of weeks have been a rut but things should sort themselves out. I think AJ will feud with Natalya. When AJ was eliminated they cut back to Natalya talking trash on the entrance aisle. I get the feeling they didn't want to put any effort in because it was Thanksgiving week. They weren't on any of the Superstars, Main Event or Smackdown shows either

Things have got better with Triple H in charge. Some of the older Divas like Tori and Ivory said in their shoot interviews that back in their day, the girls had no agents to help them plan their matches. So they would go to the guys for advice and feedback, and Triple H was always helping them out. Look at the NXT Women's division he's building up. I've accepted that things won't be perfect as long as Vince is alive (cruel I know but someone had to say it). We get more time and more opportunities to see the girls wrestle on Superstars and Main Event, and we have a Divas' Champion who's over. Things have been a LOT worse. I still remember the days of Maryse, shudder
