Dolph Ziggler Suffers Concussion At Monday's WWE Superstars Taping In Baltimore

WWE reports that Dolph Ziggler suffered a concussion at Monday night's Superstars tapings from Baltimore in a match against Ryback.

"Unfortunately Dolph sustained a concussion during his match on the clothesline given to him by Ryback," said WWE physician Dr. Chris Amann. "We were able to evaluate him in the ring; he was having some confusion and disorientation. We took him back to the training room and confirmed a concussion. He's currently feeling better but we'll proceed with ImPACT testing and further evaluation to determine when we can get him back in the ring."

Update: Dolph Ziggler will visit a neuropsychologist in Pittsburgh for more tests following a reported concussion at Monday's Raw TV taping, WWE announced Tuesday night.

Ziggler's status is considered "day-to-day" until his symptoms improve.

WWE said earlier on Tuesday that Ziggler's injury occurred during a match against Ryback taped for WWE Superstars on Monday.

“Unfortunately, Dolph sustained a concussion during his match on the clothesline given to him by Ryback,” said WWE physician Dr. Chris Amann.

Dr. Amman said Ziggler was evaluated in the ring when he showed signs of "some confusion and disorientation."

Backstage, doctors determined that Ziggler suffered a concussion. Next will be an Impact Test to determine when Ziggler can return to the ring.

Ziggler suffered a serious concussion in May 2013 when he was World Hvt. champion. Ziggler was held out of the ring for an entire month before dropping the World Title to Alberto Del Rio in his first title defense.

Ryback is a dangerous person to work with In the ring this isn't the first time I heard he injured someone in the ring.

Yeah he has hurt a couple people I think of which includes Punk and Bryan.
