-- Jake "the Snake" Roberts is not a fan of Ultimate Warrior's WWE Hall of Fame inclusion this year. The context of Roberts's comment was being asked how his career compared to Warrior, who is being inducted into WWE's HOF before he is.

"I know, man! I know that. But maybe they’re taking in a-holes and not great talent. I don’t know, Roberts said on the Busted Open satellite radio show. Also in the interview, Roberts said he's fine either way on being inducted into the HOF, as "my life isn't dependent upon that."

Roberts also said Diamond Dallas Page "saved my life, man," talked about "stealing the show" on Old School Raw earlier this month, and said he will continue pushing on to stay sober after going through a "resurrection" process last year.

When the Ultimate Warrior was announced for this year's WWE Hall of Fame class, the reception was expected to be mixed - colleagues who worked with Warrior would generally not be pleased and current wrestlers who grew up fans of the character generally would be excited by the prospect of Warrior in the Hall of Fame.

Jake "the Snake" Roberts was one of the first notable colleagues to speak out against Warrior's Hall of Fame inclusion in an interview with the Busted Open satellite radio show this week. Warrior responded via Twitter on Monday night.

Roberts was asked about Warrior's career not stacking up next to his, prompting Roberts to question the merits of Warrior's HOF inclusion.

"I know, man! I know that. But maybe they’re taking in a-holes and not great talent. I don’t know," Roberts said.

Warrior took the "a-hole" comment personally, responding with a personal attack on Roberts.

"Question for former talents now 'hypocrite' born-again Christians. Where do we go to find you practicing the beliefs of Christianity? Hell?" Warrior tweeted. "One a-hole instills honor and pride, The other horror and pity. One grows wise on great stories. One reads bathroom stalls and still grovels."

Roberts returned to WWE at the "Old School" Raw two weeks ago and has said he would like to appear in the Royal Rumble, be inducted into the Hall of Fame, and/or have a match at WrestleMania. Roberts has said he does not need those added accomplishments to feel like his career and life are complete, but it would make for a potentially contentious HOF to have Warrior and Roberts in the same class and physical location.

- As noted yesterday, Jake Roberts issued an apology to The Ultimate Warrior for previous comments he made in an interview. Warrior has not replied as of this writing but Warrior's official representative, Steve Wilton, tweeted the following to Jake:

"@JakeSnakeDDT More likely you let your guard down and the real Jake surfaced. Smart business move as usual. Your whole act is a scam."
