This isn't a very big shocker, but there were some people holding out hope: Star Wars 1313 is officially, 100% dead. We had known that the game had been pretty much put down once Lucasfilm was bought by Disney and most games in development were halted, but there was always the possibility that production would be picked back up. Sadly, that doesn't appear to be the case as Disney has allowed the trademark on the game to lapse.
While there is always a possibility that the trademark could be picked up later, it would be very unlikely for Disney to do so after having allowed it to fall onto the market. The game was billed as a more adult-oriented Star Wars game which would have seen the lead character investigating in the depths of Coruscant.
