"A Philadelphia man is facing charges for a rock salt stickup after he posted a video of the robbery on Instagram. Police Lt. John Stanford tells CBS Philly Daron Stinson, 21, and a friend, pulled up to a 52-year-old man who was spreading salt on the sidewalk and pointed what turned out to be a pellet gun at the man.
