Justin Bieber may still be forced to answer questions about Selena Gomez for his deposition. As previously reported, Bieber stormed out of the deposition done for the lawsuit filed by a paparazzi who says he was assaulted by Bieber. Bieber left after being asked if he's currently dating Selena Gomez, saying, "Don't ask me about her! Do not ask me about her!"
TMZ reports that the lawyer representing the paparazzi has filed documents asking the judge to force Bieber to answer the questions, claiming he has a right to ask because she was present during another alleged attack against a photographer in 2012. The implication is that if Bieber and Gomez are currently involved, Gomez may be a biased witness which hurts her credibility.
The lawyer also wants Bieber fined for his behavior during the deposition, including cussing out the court reporter.
