Shocking heel turns?

What are some heel turns you never saw coming, from any place?

Well the obvious answer would be when Hulk Hogan was revealed as the third "mystery" partner of Scott Hall and Kevin Nash at WCW's Bash at the Beach 1996 PPV. But I didn't watch that! The most shocking one I can remember seeing was either when Shawn Michaels superkicked Hulk Hogan after their tag team match on RAW, or when Don West recently turned heel on TNA. :P

*Lita turning on Kane in his match against Edge - I had no interenet, so I didn't have any spoilers to ruin that moment... it was pretty cool imo.

*HBK turning on Marty Jannety on the "Barbershop" session way back in the day (I think it was on WWF Superstars.) It was the beggining of something special for the"Heartbreak Kid."

Perhaps, I have a few more, but I think of them atm.

I was shocked when "The Nation of Domination" turned on Farooq , and made The Rock their new leader, and when Paul Heyman left Brock for the big show?!?!!??, I was like 'what the hell?" I thought that was the dumbest move he ever made. I also shocked when Sable turned on Tori, I was just shocked by her heel turn, because it literally happened over night, as soon as they put her name of that title she became a mega bitch and I loved it.

oh i completly forgot about heyman turning on brock...that was a shock

also another was when evoloution turned on randy orton...i mean once HHH had the thumbs up with orton on shitistas back, iknew it was coming..but it shocked me nontheless

when trish turned on Y2J and joined up with Christian and (later) Tomko to form that pre-Christian Coalition faction

Y2J's turn into the "Save Me" gimmick was very nice and slow and you saw it coming but it was still crazy when it happened, when he smashed HBK's face into his tv screen, almost mirroring what HBK did to Janetty ages ago

CM Punk's turn into the "Straight Edge (Mean Im Better than You)" gimmick was pretty well-done too

I Liked Lita's turn on Matt Hardy and joining Edge.

I right away thought of Trish at WM 20. I didn't really get spoilers like I did when Lita turned.

I think it was fairly obvious Lita would have turned on Kane sometime down the track (how she helped Shawn), but I never expected her to become a heel out of it.

-I think that HBK kicking Marty Jannety through the barbershop window was the best heel turn ever.
-Hogan's is a close second.
-I liked Eric Young's more recent heel turn, when he started betraying everyone, then apologizing etc then doing it again.
-Somoa Joe joining the MEM was a bit of a shocker too. He was already like half heel, but it was still pretty cool.

Lita turning heel and teaming with Edge seemed a really obvious thing to do, given the heat but I would've never dreamed WWE would pull the trigger on it! So I was shocked when she did!

HBKs kick is what turned him into the main eventer that he is today, and Joes heel turn was just a stupid swerve from Russo

I always thought that Samoa Joe was and will always be a tweener, so therefore the heel turn was not really shocking lol

I can't believe I forgot Trish Stratus! I was so sucked into the Trish/Jericho love story that the bitchslaps she gave him came OUT OF NOWHERE! It happened at Mania too, all the more better.

It's not really a heel turn, but Miz turning on Morrison was the most shocking and epic turn I have ever seen.
