| Despite a strong showing, Raven has been released by TNA.
A few weeks ago, the company made the decision to bring in some former members of the original ECW for a short term program. TNA chose to bring in Raven and Shane Douglas to work programs with Abyss and Christopher Daniels respectively.
Not surprisingly, Raven was extremely impressive on the mic. He once again showed that very few people in the business are as gifted as he is on the microphone. He also worked some pretty good matches, including an entertaining hardcore tag team match with Daffney, Taylor Wilde, and Abyss.
The original plan by TNA was to bring Raven in for a short term program. There were some that believed that if he impressed management enough, they would consider signing him to a longer contract.
However, the decision was made by management to not use Raven any more. He was not at the TNA iMPACT! tapings. Plus, the company removed his profile from the official website. | |

| Raven has a great mind for the business, they should have kept him in a backstage role. That could have somewhat turned things around with his insight. | |

| some people need telling that about using one smiliy too  but then again i do it enough so lol and i heard he is a very clever man....i dont know why on earth they never utilized him in wwe but i agree he shoulda been kept in the back at least# other then that i couldnt care less | |
