Tom Arnold to write new NBC sitcom

Universal has hired Tom Arnold to write and potentially star in a half-hour sitcom for NBC, reports Variety. The actor, whose long history in TV includes the WB’s The Tom Show and CBS’ Tom, is about to start a recurring role on FX’s Sons of Anarchy.
