Update on Gregory Helms

Subject: Update on Gregory Helms Sat 20 Sep 2008, 5:50 pm

-- As seen on last night's show, Gregory Helms made his first appearance on SmackDown since April 2007 (due to neck fusion surgery). He did indeed refer to himself as "Hurricane Helms" during his first promo (which popped up as a small circle on the screen), so it looks like that's going to be his new ring name upon his return. And no, he wasn't wearing a Hurricane mask. Still no word on when he'll be able to return to the ring, but it shouldn't be too far off.

I for one hope he goes to ECW. He can be awesome there and as The Hurricane as well.

I'm glad to see Helms back on SmackDown!
Although I agree with you Blue, Helms would do great in ECW.
His feud with Matt Hardy in 2006 was great.

He will get lost in the shuffle in SD.... ECW needs more wrestlers

Yeah, he might get overlooked on SD! like MVP is.
I hope he returns as the Hurricane! :o
