i dont think a good heel gets cheers. they are a heel after all

but the fact that he's usually named one of the top heels when people think of heel superstars. So obviously they appreciate him as a heel. Almost anyone who watches WWE will say they prefer heel HHH to face HHH.

That's appreciating, not loving. I think there's a difference.

to a guy playing a heel gimmick who gets booed loudly, that basically means they are getting over by what they do in the ring. you dont need to be cheered to get over with the crowd. HHH has said multiple times in the past he loves being a heel, because of the heat he gets....

Most Hated Face is John Cena- He gets booed alot but then again, he does get some loud pops, It depends on the crowd I guess.

Most Loved Heel? Randy Orton at times was getting cheered instead of booed, Edge too when he was divorcing Vickie. The crowd LOVED HIM!

I think the most loved heel- Santino when he used to diss austin condemmed DVD and stuff or Randy Orton
