Who should switch and why would the "rival" company be better for them.

(Ignoring the travesty that is the KOs division) Are there any divas who you think are more cut out for the hardcore environment of TNA, is mostly what I'm asking...

and any KOs who would be better in the heavily guarded PG world of the WWE?

Well I can't justify giving any of the main girls in wwe to tna since tna fucking sucks ass so I guess the only one would be Jillian. Sadly she is not pushed at all in wwe and would do well there. Katie would have been on that list but she is gone.

All the rest I think should stay because WWE is SOOOO much better than tna it isn't even funny.

As for Ko's going from TNA -> WWE I don't know. If they are smart they would try to come over because most of them are not even used right and get paid shit so might as well get paid like 20x better and wrestle for a much larger audience.

The only ones I would want would be Sarita, Wilde, Hamada, and Tara if she goes back.

I think Savannah should go to TNA, I think Rosa and The Bella Twins should also go to TNA! I think Angelina Love should go to SD! and Taylor Wilde should also go to SD! and I think Madison Rayne should go to SD! and Sarita should ho to RAW. I think Daffney should also go to SD! and fued with Melina
