How do you go about making yourself noticeable to a crush?

If there's a guy or girl you're really digging, what are things that you do to let them know you like he or she?

I usually start by saying "Hello, what's your name?" then start asking her about herself. I hardest part is building up the courage to approach her.

And to add to your topic, How can you tell if your crush is really into you?

I walk up to them and tell them that, "My balls would love to meet their chin." Then I drop my pants and draws, give them a nod and they know what to do.
