Lol!! I've never seen it from that perspective Kevin, which is actually very true. Am gonna keep that in mind from today onwards.

My family and I were never like that.We were close when I was a kid.But then it I just felt more and more distanced from them. Probably because I'm gay and they are not aware of it. At the same time, they have a rather 'conservative' way of thinking. Guess that's why we never see eye to eye in anything.

OMG reading these things is so sad.

I have not been nearly negatively affected by stuff like some of you so I am very sorry to hear that.

But some things about me:

*Apparently like many others.. I don't have a driver's license! I really should get one [19 years old says hi!] but I don't know why I am just so lazy and kinda scared that I will crash and die! I don't know why.. I got in a crash; my mom hit the center divide thing [was nothing major] but I always think that if I was turning I would hit that same thing for some reason.. Sometimes I think the car will hit that again.. Also the car crash scene from Final Destination 2 has scarred me for life! I don't know I have anxiety issues.

*I don't have a ton of friends either. I don't know I had enough in middle school/high school but now I only keep in contact with one or two! She is my best friend though. I guess I just fly solo or hang out with my brother..

*I wear glasses. I kinda think about getting contacts but I kinda dislike change for some reason so I'll probably always be in these. :P

*I was born with Von Willebrand's Disease. It is like hemophobia but not as bad. Basically my blood is a slow as fuck to clot so if I get cut it won't heal that fast.. It isn't contagious but my poor kids could get it.. :-X

*Some may know but I still like to play Pokemon video games. I don't know I can't let certain things from my childhood go.. I still find it fun and apparently their are way older people then me playing so I don't really feel that bad just sometimes embarrassed if I am the oldest someplace in public with my DSi.

I agree with the last one. Its so hard to let go of childhood things- pokemon, rugrats (most awesome show eva man!), etc. I never wanna grow out of watching things like Charmed, Xena, BTVS, Angel, etc.

Holy Potato....for a country that allowes their teens to get their drivers licence at 16......it's insane.

I have my drivers licence, got it when i was 20 (By Dutch Law's your allowed to drive/get your licence at 18) was never big on driving, jsut got it because i was moving to holland and it's SUPER expensive to get it here. I love driving, awesome stuffs, great memories smile

-I've been told I have a great singing voice. I've had atleast 10 solos in High School, and I still have severe stage fright.

That's probably a mistake a lot of parents make. Kids only work hard because they expect something in return.

With me, I didn't care what the hell I got for my grades. I was just happy that I did well. Anything gifts I got weren't expected.

Your not the only one, i have stuffed animals, BOXES of Lego's, a box filled with about 300 maybe 400 hotwheels (and other brand) cars, i have 90% of my toys since i was about 6/7 years old.

I refuse to throw them away. or give people who doesn't know how to take care of their own shits.

My mom's always like, give some of your things away to kids who can use them.
Uhm no, I'm not gonna toss my memories out the window when there's a chance they'll just end up in the trash anyway.
There are certain things I don't mind giving up because I have so much but the rest...I can't.

I don't go to church either and have never read the bible.

I do believe in God though I just don't feel like I should have to go every Sunday to feel that way.

And I also kept almost all of my stuff. I sold some on my other forum and eventually I will get a camera to take pics of it and put some on ebay but yeah I still have all of my pokemon cards, action figures, wrestling figures etc in boxes/binders.

and a wrestling ring with actual ropes to it.

I have a big ring as well but it is under the bed and has been neglected for a long ass time.

I think I finally grew out of action figures so now I am on to only dvds and replica belts!

just on other forums and such. religious debates get very interesting but i never debate it in public. people these days cant seem to have acivilized debate in pperson.

I keep it civilized, there are soo many questions i have about the bible that i think are just don't make sense at all. That i just can't believe in it.

SOmeone once told me "Man is the least thrustworthy creature on this earth".....which i believe it is true. But why believe again "Man" who said the spoke to god or God spoke to them....and i'm sure NO bible is translated to perfection, so there has to be a few kinks in it....i mean we are human.

yeah i have heard on some history show that the bible has been translated multiple times

so yeah i think it isnt really that trustworthy to follow. there's atleast a few mistakes that have happened along the way
