PostHow my DeVry interview went!

It went very well and I and extremely excited about a future at this school. I plan to enroll, but I'm just need a little time to prep for the assessment exam, and I didn't have the enrollment fee cash with me ($50)

The next semester begins October 24th. The one following begins sometime, next month. I'm more inclined to jump at the opportunity to start next month. All I have to do is take the exam - I'll have two chances at it, with tutoring. smile

I need 8 full semesters to get my degree, which I can get in a minimum of two and a half years.

There's three semesters per year which are broken into halves. Two classes (or more should you choose to take them) per two months. Or four classes in four months. Minimum of two classes per week - one of those being on-line should you choose to have an on-line class.

By the second or third semester, students are assisted with internships and jobs.

After graduation, there is an career assist program.

On average, 86% or 87% of graduates (in the field I'm interested in) earn up to $44,000+ (I believe it is somewhere after 6 months to a full year)

What more could I ask for? Nothing is a guarantee, but almost nothing is impossible.

I was excited before going to the campus. After I left, I was pretty damn ecstatic about attending DeVry. Big things in the future! How my DeVry interview went! 393305

Thanks, guys!

Their program is called Gaming & Simulation.

It's to help me get into game development. I was told they once had a different program which was a direct program for gaming, but too many people were dropping out because of the math requirements. The current requirements are still high, but not as high as their previous program. THANK GOD! Because math has never been a strong point of mine.
