How to Handle Layla's Reign

Have Eve and Layla involved in a segment, where Eve expects grattitude from Layla for giving her a title shot, but Layla doesn't buy into it. Then the following week, have Layla and Ryder talking and stuff when Eve comes in and assumes something is going on, therefore making their lives hell. She puts Layla in on the spot title defences against other divas every week. She could then have someone like David Otunga attack Ryder and have them fued, with her intentions of getting rid of Ryder or something, causing Layla to interfere and get involved with Eve.

Have a PPV match with Ryder vs Otunga/Other guy, where Layla shoves Eve to the mat or something. Then the next night on Raw, Eve wants to strip Layla of the title, however she is later informed she'll be facing Layla for the title at the next PPV. Layla retains, causing Eve to be more angry. Could lead to the mix person tag at the following PPV. Possibly throw the title on David Otunga before hand, and then have the mixed tag with both the divas and US title on the line. Layla retains and Ryder wins the title. Eve begins having a romantic on screen link with Otunga, causing Ryder to be hurt. Layla could console him and the two get closer.

Eve then brings in Kharma as a monster heel to fued with Layla (and before you say they'll cheer Kharma and boo Layla, you have Kharma side with John Laurenitis to get her heat). Kharma destroys Layla, leading to her suffering a minor injury and has to defend against Kharma at following PPV. Have Layla retain the title due to some lucky win. At the next PPV, have Layla retain by disqualification. Layla could then get pinned by Kharma on the Raw, and then loses the title to Kharma at the following PPV. Eve then announces that Layla is fired and Kharma destroys her, taking her out for a month or two. During this time, Beth Phoenix returns and wants claim with Kharma, thus starting a fued between those two. Then throw in Layla at a later date for a triple threat of some kind.

Layla would then have quite a few defences and a solid reign, bringing some credibility back to the title-

i think they might be headed towards Layla vs AJ as her first proper feud. judging by the Smackdown spoilers this week,

so that could be an interesting feud. Layla is very popular and AJ can get a fan reaction, plus both are solid workers and it's a fresh match
