Prowrestling.net is reporting that TNA has plans to shoot it's first episode of iMPACT! in High Definition on October 23, airing live from The Joint in the Hard Rock Cafe Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Spike TV has launched an HD channel, although similar to USA, it's availability is limited.
TNA's switch to HD will be permanent, and they will be re-designing their set much like WWE had to do when make the change over. They will likely do away with one of the two entrances the wrestlers use, not to mention make the new set more visually appealing in HD.
