CORAOPOLIS, Pa. -- [color:e072=#900][color:e072=#900! important][color:e072=#900! important]Kurt [color:e072=#900! important]Angle was in court Tuesday on an alleged case of harassment, but a no-show by his ex-girlfriend kept the case against the Olympic gold medalist and TNA pro [color:e072=#900][color:e072=#900! important][color:e072=#900! important]wrestler from moving forward.
Angle's hearing was scheduled for 1 p.m. before District Judge Mary Murray. In legal circles, it's referred to as a "cattle call," where dozens of cases are scheduled for the same courtroom on the same day.
By 2 p.m., Angle's arresting officer had arrived, but the alleged victim -- Trenesha Biggers -- was not there. Prosecutors requested a postponement, which Murray granted at a date to be determined, but she warned that Biggers only gets one more chance to show up.
