Lil' Wayne, hands-down, is the most overrated rapper of all time...his lyrics are terribly corny and people buy right into that shit because it 'sounds good' over a beat...if he was out in the game back in the 90's, his dreadlocked ass would never even gotten past his block. Unfortunately, people's brain cells died off and all they wanted to do was retarded dances and hear repeaticious BS a million times in a row after Biggie and 'Pac got killed, thus enter the South and it went downhill from there. There's maybe five good rappers out now but there weren't even from the current generation
