| When all is said and done, will he be considered a legend? If so why? What did he do in his career that will have made him a legend? I'm trying to get some discussion going so discuss! | |

| Well, to be completely honest with you, no, I don't think he's a legend. He hasn't won the WWE Championship, or been in any memorable feuds. He also jumped ship to TNA, which basically pisses on any legendary status he might have had. |

lol I dont think thats true at all. Sting is a living legend. Steiner, Nash, Angle will all be legends. Being in a company besides WWE dosnt kill legendary status one bit.

| He has held more titles than anybody in WCW history, even Sting. He will undoubtedly will go down as possibly the greatest black wrestler of all time as he achieved a status few black wrestlers ever made it to in their careers. He is well-known everywhere he goes, he is well-respected, he's an excellent well-rounded performer, and most importantly paid his dues as both a singles competitor and as a tag-team competitor, excelling in both of those. He continues to prove he is adaptable and can still go. Yes, he is a legend. | |

making a jump to another company, regardless of how you do it, doesnt ruin your career.

| Winning the WWE title doesn't make you great, hell the WWE put that same title on a ton of shitty wrestlers and turned it into a spinning joke. | |

| I respectfully disagree, just because the WWE is the biggest; it doesn't make it's title "The" title of the business, especially when you factor in titles that were around longer and held by much better wrestlers. | |

| I just recognize it as the "best," because it's in the most well known wrestling company.. sure there's more prestigious titles, but I think it's the "best," because of it being the most well known. |

| he's a legend but i dont think he is on the legend status of the likes of Ric Flair, Hogan, Harley Race. He wont be on the same status of legends like Stone Cold, Rock, Taker, HBK, HHH...and i dont think he will be on the status of future legends like Batista, Cena and Orton. Yeah sure he was a 5 or 6 time WCW champion, but he won all of those titles, in like the last year and a half of WCW, when the likes of David Arquette and Vince Russo won it, so i dont think the title had THAT much prestige then, and certainly isnt the making of him. His biggest accolade was winning the World title in 2006 | |

| Harlem Heat was (I think) the second most successful Tag Team ever. The Dudleys or Team 3-D or whatever you want to call them are easily the greatest but no-one really is branding them legends. And no one I've known has branded Stevie Ray a legend yet. | |

Yeah imo Booker was the more talented of the two, I consider the Dudleys legends, Hell if the Road Warriors can go in to the HOF some time why cant Booker, Hes held more titles than anyone combined really. Booker Is without a doubt a legend, same thing with Scott and Ric Steiner.

| The problem is that Team 3-D quietly won all those titles and were never really up near the top of he card consistently.
I honestly don't know anything about the Steiner Brothers and I think thats the same for a lot of people.
And Booker may have been one of the most successful wrestlers ever but so were Savage and Warrior but those two haven't ended up in the HOF.

| Fuck this talk about HOF. There has been guys that have worked longer for the WWE who some people are looked upon as legends, but, not HOFers. So it's all a matter of your interpretation of who and what a legend and HOFer is. | |

| i still dont think the WWE HOF means anything, anyway. Vince has even said it's all in his head. yeah Booker T is a legend...all those title runs with harlem heat i think kinda go him to that level. I think, as someone else said, he'll go down as one of the greatest black wrestlers of all time. | |
