| Subject: Heels: Why are they always made to look weak? Wed 09 Dec 2009, 10:42 pm | |
| From the low card to the main event, heels are always either squashed or made to look weak. Every time a heel gets an advantage, the faces always turns around, hits one move, and its over. It really makes me actually like the heels and hate the faces. Anyone feel the same way? | |

| thats what i was trying to say before about Eve pinning Jillian with a damn senton, i couldnt think of the term. is it too hard to make Jillian look like a more credible jobber by havin Eve hit her springboard moonsault thingy but yeh i dont think jobbers should always look weak, unless they are facing big main eventers | |

| That's WWE's style, the whole good vs evil thing and good ALWAYS TRIUMPHS OVER EVIL. AAA does a way better job at it becuase they make both sides look strong; WWE is extremelly one-sided in which they always made the heels straight cowards and the faces moralistic idiots. That's the one thing that was valued in the Attitude Era: with anit-heroes running amok, the villains were much more believable and diabolical as a result, making things much more rounded as the heels and faces were portrayed as being on the same playing field just on opposing ends. Now that Vince has gone back to the 80's, places like TNA and RoH and even JCW have their faces portrayed as anti-heroic, fighting fire with fire with the heels. It's much more entertaining and realistic, because everyone knows good doesn't necessarily win all the time. | |
