Rumor Killer: Steve Austin Headed To TNA Wrestling?

To put an end to the speculation that Steve Austin may join TNA, "Stone Cold" is still under contract to World Wrestling Entertainment.

A few years ago, Spike wanted to feature Austin in a non-wrestling project considering he would have been a great fit for the network geared towards men. Hence, WWE offered him a lucrative contract to not work for the USA Network competitor.

The agreement also allows WWE to sell new Austin merchandise.

Lower standards in terms of stature? Because TNA has WWE beat content-wise, plus Austin is played-out anyway. I don't want to see him even near a ring.
