Royal Rumble 2006:who should have won it?

We all know the reason why Rey Mysterio was given the opportunity to win the Royal Rumble and ultimately the World heavyweight championship was because of the passing of Eddie.

Besides Mysterio, who should have won the Royal Rumble that year?

Im guessing Orton, or at least that who i thought
although TBH i think Orton shoulda won instead of Batista in 05

RVD. He was returning from injury, and looked so good in there, and lasted till the top 4, and should have been given the opportunity. Its a joke that they saw more promise in Rey than RVD.

Chavo's awesome but would have been Kerwin White and probably released if it wasn't for Eddie.

Triple H would have probably won it cos he fucked Steph. Didn't matter anyways cos he still got a title shot.

Orton and RVD are viable options also.

But I think Rey would have won it anyways. He had been consistent in lasting a long time in previous Rumbles. I think the only change in the plans was to have him start at the beginning rather than nearer the end.
