Melina: Heel Turn like NOW!

She is so boring now. I liked her as a face when she had a feud with Beth, but now she is just another baby face that smiles and hugs sluts like Kelly and etc etc. It’s fake and absolutely sickening to see, I think she would make a great Tag Team with Alicia and Jillian(Whom shockingly they had great chemistry as a duo) Gail could be the top face of RAW and then Melina and Gail could finally feud. Plus Melina was far more interesting as a heel. Thoughts?

I thought she was best when she was in MNM and really thought she would of been a awesome person to team up with the Dirt Sheet when they had it. Kind of sucked that they never really took advantage of that chance.

I personally like her as a face. But she needs to bring that hell cat in her back. I loved her feud with Beth, she had great matches with Beth and Michelle as a face. TBH Im not feeling her feud with Maryse.

I like the fact she smiles, becasue it shows me she loves what she is doing.

I liked Melina as a heel too but I dont think its the time to turn her back heel again. She needed a change and Im glad she got it.

WWE has a real problem, in that ALL their faces are bland and similar, at least their heels can all be differed in some way

I like her as a face but she is definitely better when she's the angry hellcat. She was a fantastic heel and her facial expressions always made me laugh. She has improved so much that I think she could be an even better heel in the ring as well so I wouldn't mind her turning heel sometime next year

Melina was my favorite diva when she was a heel. I loved her like as much as Jillian, but I don't know, something just left.

She lost her spark, and I don't think its really the face turn, because I still loved her when she did the whole Beth/Melina feud, but that was because she showed so much determination, and was a happy bouncy blonde. She was unique. I still love her attires, and entrance, and such, but she has just lost something.

Like for instance, when she makes her entrance with the Divas Title, she holds it up the whole time, then does the splits. It comes off weird to me. It'd look so much better as a heel now because she'd probably have it around her waist and make it look good.

Its really hard to pin-point my feelings towards this, but bottom line, I say Melina is better as a heel. Even if she did go back to heel, you know she wouldn't shine like she used to because on Raw, they just don't care. I'd do anything to see Melina over on Smackdown as a heel, or something.

There is so much WWE can do, but they just dont, for no reason at all.

Great post Silverz, I tend to agree with alot you just said. The blame most likely lies with WWE because they book her as this generic face instead of having her be a babyface that takes absolutely no shit from anybody. The hellcat that she was when she first faced off against Beth.

It's sad really, i saw this coming, i didn't hope it, but saw it coming. How little versitle Melina is, she isn't a convincing face. I hoped for diffrent but was wrong.

You can't blame wwe for someone lack of portraying a character. Mickie is pulling it off, she went from Psycho Heel to generic face and pulled it off. SO Melina can't play Generic face? You should be able to pull it off i'm sorry Melina is such a poor actress to pull it off.

Mickie SHOWS emotion in her matches, she shows a hell of a lot more then the rest of the cheshire cats in the WWE

Who said Mickie wasn't boring?? All i said, despite being a psycho heel, Mickie makes a face turn and she playes a convincing face.....now Melina?? She isn't a convincing face, she just looks oncomfortable playing face. Which is why i called Mickie....Generic face....which is what she is...a bland face. Which why i said in the Michelle thread, i don't going around hating for no reason, i give credit when it's due. In this case, she deserves non for her ability to portray a face character.

I loved her prima-donna character when she began. It was funny, she was a snotty little b***** and loved it.

It got stale....but it was still ok.

It's ok if 100 people uses a body slam it's a basic move. But whem you are someone who accusses someone of stealing your wrestling style (which still baffles me to the day of today since i see no similarity) and then you yourself steal not only someones style but a number of moves as well and manages to even underperform them is just sad. There are only 3 women i know are capable (Christy, MsChiff and Melina) who could perform that style and MsChiff's style has been the same since her debut....while Melina's style has changed from Brawler to Choreograhphed flexibility.....in the last 2/3 years.

Nuff said.
