Early Rumored WrestleMania 26 Plans: HBK, 'Taker, Edge & Jericho

Several weeks ago on RAW, WWE tag champion Shawn Michaels issued the challenge to The Undertaker for a WrestleMania rematch in Arizona. While WWE had previously considered names like Vince McMahon, Chris Jericho and John Cena as possible WrestleMania opponents for the Undertaker, the current plan is for Shawn Michaels to get his wish and another chance to break the Dead Man's winning streak. The SmackDown! storyline which was building up a possible Undertaker vs. Vince McMahon showdown seems to have been dropped with Vince expected to do a major angle with Bret Hart.

Another WrestleMania 26 match still being discussed is Edge vs. Chris Jericho. The latest on Edge is that he should be healthy by March in time to build up a Wrestleania match. Edge and Jericho were WWE tag champions before Edge was injured and Jericho cut several heel promos about how Edge was the weak link in the team, setting up a built-in feud down the road

id have liked a Taker/Vince match, i mean i dont want anyone beating Taker, but Vince and him have had this storyline hatred for years, so it could be epic, Vince has a nack for pullin out great peformances for a 60+yearold who isnt a fully fully trained wrestler, his matches with Shane, Flair, Hogan, HBK where all awsome.....Vince>Cena

i wonder if Bret will have it in him to have one match with Vince at Mania?

Edge v Jericho should be good, i cant wait for Edge as face, the best face turns always seem to come from top heels

Feels like old school wrestling and I LOVE IT! Bret and Vince having a major angle? Sounds great. Edge and Jericho will be just as epic!

I cant wait for Edge v Jericho. I hope Jericho wins the WHC and Edge surprises us and returns at the Rumble and wins it and chooses to face Jericho.

I rather see Edge v Jericho then E/C v Jerishow. As much as I like to see an E/C Reunion, I think the tag titles should be left to undercard-midcard tag teams like Hart Dynasty, Cryme Tyme, ect..

it makes the most sense, he does a run as GM host, and then goes to SD with HD, as Vince is billed as an SD superstar anyways, and with DX being allowed on all shows due to the title, so i guess yes, he will return to SD, which will be different to him, considering he basically retired around the time SD started off
