Big Show's WWE Film Pushed Back In Favor Of John Cena

Big Show's Knucklehead was tentatively scheduled for the theatrical release date of Friday, April 23, 2010, but is now been pushed back to the fall in favor of the John Cena drama film Brother's Keeper.

Filming for Brother's Keeper wrapped us just last week in New Orleans while Knucklehead finished in November. Current plans call for Brother's Keeper to be released theatrically this summer, thus pushing Big Show's comedy movie to the fall.

WWE Studios recently reached an agreement with Samuel Goldwyn Films to oversee it's theatrical releases, and Vivendi Entertainment to handle the home video releases. As part of the agreement, World Wrestling Entertainment has agreed to produce nine movies through 2012.

Future releases include Big Red starring Randy Orton, a thriller written for Batista, and the comedy Midnight Run with John Cena.

Maybe Cena will quit and go into acting, I hope..

anyways WWE is an adult version of Disney, when you join Disney you have to be able to act, sing, dance and be cute.

WWE you got to, act, wrestle, and pose for pictures....and for a few...sing

i cant stand his movies

im all about comedy and horror though action films suck...with a few exceptions...mostly from the late 80s early 90s for me...i dont like the films these days full of CGIs and shit

How many damn movies is Cena gonna have. Let other people do shit for once gosh.

Either way Cena isn't a very believable actor. Heck even Teddy sucks on the screen, I was surprised seeing as he is really good at portraying his character in WWE.

That's the problem with WWE films, they follow the same formula which makes their movies stale.

See No Evil was a flat out abortion. Before they even wrote the script they should've looked at the high grossing horror films in the last year, see which films fans flocked to, and choose that horror sub-genre to write for.

The Condemned had potential, but they took the lame ass trying too hard to be cool approach to it which made the movie seem so forced it came across as pathetic.

not to mention they got that knobhead of an egotistical C rate actor Vinnie Jones to play a lead role

yeah i agree...and although it may be unfair to even make judgement on it, as ive never even seen it...but it just loks like the boring same same american action film, with the same lame storys....i saw Die Hard 4.0 a few year ago, and that was pretty meh...and i just feel the Marine will be very similiar....only Bruce Willis can actually act

id prefer Cena in a comedy role...cos he has some comedic timing...and plus i love comedy. no matter how cheesy

See No Evil to my knowledge was a remake, so its not like they could totally rewrite it

I actually sort of enjoyed The Marine, mostly for the stupid side humor, but it was one of those "you've seen it once, you've seen it again" movies.

hell if i remember, ppl were hyping it up as a remake of some old horror movie

I liked The Marine but its not one of those films I'd like to watch again.

Hell I watched it the best part of two years ago and can still tell you the story.
