Shawn Michaels breaks Steve Austin's Record

Previously in the Royal Rumble record books Stone Cold Steve Austin held the record for most eliminations in his career for the Royal Rumble, that number was 36 participants.



Shawn Michaels has broken this record last night when he eliminated:

* Triple H
* Ted DiBiase
* John Morrison
* Cody Rhodes
* Carlito
* and assisted in removing Drew Mcintyre.


Shawn's new record now stands at 41.

if Kane was allowed to go mental like in 01, hed be up there two.
Kane is like on 35 or something, so he aint far behind

I read earliar today that HBK was on 38, not 41.

Kane now officially ties with Austin for Co2nd place most eliminations with 36. Now depending on what your opinion is, Kane could technically be givena 37th elimianation, as in the 2004 Rumble he chokeslammed Spike on the ramp, resulting in Spike not bein able to compete..it wasnt offically classed as a Kane elimination, but as stated thats down to what you want to think, but as far as Over the Top rope, Kane has eliminated 36 ppl *one person being himself in the 99 Rumble, but it still counts*
Glenn Jacobs the person who portrays the Kane Character has overall through his three gimmicks in WWE *Issac Yankem, "Diesel" and Kane* he has eliminated 37 ppl (38 if you choose the Spike Route), in the 1996 Rumble Match *might be 95* as Issac Yankem he eliminated someone, i think it was Fatu aka Rikishi.
Beth Phoenix is the second woman to ever enter the Rumble Match, she got an overall ring time of 1.37, which is 35 seconds MORE then Chyna combined time in her TWO rumble appearnces, lasting 35 secs in 99 and 37 secs in 00, making her time 1.02

I dont see the true importance in these 'records' considerring they're fake anyway
