Trish return in the works?

Retired WWE Women's champion Trish Stratus is talking like she's open to the possibility of returning to WWE to work with current Diva wrestlers, especially Beth Phoenix and Natalya.

In a WWE Magazine interview, Stratus jumped at the proposition of a hypothetical wrestling return against Beth and Natalya in a three-way match.

"I love it! Sign me up right now. Honestly, to me that's an amazing in-ring matchup," Stratus said. "Beth Phoenix and I have some unsettled business, and Natalya has amazing talent. She is one of the most underrated Divas. I think once she peaks, it's going to be incredible and the fans will be in awe."

Stratus also seemed excited about the possibility of another women's division title run, this time with the Divas Title, which wasn't around when she was in WWE.

"I'm always open for a challenge, and if the opportunity were presented to me, why not! It would be a nice addition to my list of accomplishments," Stratus said.

Caldwell's Analysis: Stratus has plenty of outside projects going with her Yoga studio in Toronto, endorsement deals, a future movie, and a future video game on the Wii, so it's unlikely she would ever return to a full-time schedule, but a short-term program, similar to what "The Rock" Dwayne Johnson has been talking about for the summer, would be a terrific way for Stratus to enhance the current Divas on the roster to give the Raw and Smackdown women's rosters a boost.

Anyone who doesn't think this would be good for women's wrestling is simply a hater..

I know she is not going to stay but anyone who would actually beat Trish or even lose to her but almost win would get a great boost to their career [more so if they beat her]. And having Trish wrestle someone like Beth, Natalya, or McCool it would not be a Raw like 2 minute match but given more time.

I can only hope this happens sometime in the future.

When Trish left, the division got in trouble and was in a slump and is still building up from that (yet WWE is creating the same problem again by using the same 5 women on and one and on again) Atleast they expanded from 2 to 5 this time around. Trish (and Lita for that matter), is the last thing the division needs right now, they are still recovering from them leaving.

Um, i think it's pretty clear Trish gives a rat ass about Michelle, i have yet to hear Trish show any interest in Michelle whatsover. Now if Taker had his way she would, but that's not the case now is it. Hell Trish shows more interest in that wack job Alicia Fox then she does Michelle.

i think Trish should come back but in a non-wrestling role. the divas do need someone behind the scenes who is willing to fight for them. Trish always lobbied hard for women's wrestling when she was there and she is widely respected backstage so she should come back. i don't think she would win the title though as she has a lot of respect for the business so she would no better than to hog the spotlight when there are new stars to be built up. she's only wrestled in tag matches since retiring against Beth who was already established

Im tired of seeing trish making returns all the time.I mean its nice to see her once a while but its just getting old now.I mean it would be better to see some other past wwe/f divas like lita,the kat,terri,tori,debra,ivory,etc.Trish is too overrated she wasent the best female wrestler of all time.

Trish Stratus vs Beth vs Natalya sounds really good, I know people say Trish is going to hog the spotlight but I think it could be good for Beth & Natalya as well to be apart of a match with one of WWE's most established divas in history. This sounds like a good Wrestlemania match btw I say WWE should go for it. I like it Trish return in the works? 538892

Im all for it too. Trish seems to be really high on Both Beth and Nattie. I will love to see them 3 in a triple threat match.

I still think Trish coming back for a short program to build up a future diva especially Natalya, since Beth is already proven to the fans and needs no real boost like Natalya needs, would be great. And no if she comes back for say one month to two months that will not make the division dead when she leaves. If anything it is already dead and Trish coming back would give it some life and build up Natalya to where they will finally push her. But I guess if you dislike Trish {or Lita for that matter} then you will be against either of them coming back to help out.

I don't dislike Lita or Trish. Do i find them over rated? Yes, but i am truly happy they did something to change women's wrestling.

Why is it that whenever you say something about a diva, which is the truth.,......they asume you hate them?? Really?? What is it??

WWE don't need them to help anything, WWE needs to cross the brigde they help build, and bringing them back will only leave them stick on that bridge even longer. WWE needs to get passed Lita, Passed Trish....much like how they helped WWE get passed the Sable Era. WWE needs to build the girl everyone wants to be like, divas that 5 years from now all the other divas want to be like, much like the divas of today want to be Trish or Lita, constantly bringing back Lita and Trish is not going to help that. Did WWE use Sable to create Lita or Trish?? No so why do they need to bring in Lita and Trish to make new stars??

We don't know if Natalya needs a boost, they don't do anything with her. She's never in any feuds, only in tag matches. Kicking Maria's ass repeatedly after a match gets boring.

Kevin thats my point as well. We didn't see Moolah help establish Lita or Trish, because the two were never involved together. These divas established themselves.
