Does John Cena bring in the Ratings?

The W.W.E. was showing John Cena in several video clips, i guess they were missing his ratings and decided to put him in different videos segments to improve their rating. This way having some fans tuning, by making it feel like John Cena was part of the show.

I guess the W.W.E. felt they had to add more to there wrestling show, so it wouldn't drop more in the rating. It's this a desperate move by the W.W.E. fearing they're taking steps back?

What happen about making other stars, without depending on one man.

Is the W.W.E. in need of John Cena like it was in need of Hulk Hogan in the 80's. In the 80's if there wasn't no Hulk Hogan the fans would be lost. It was like Hogan was Wrestling. Is John Cena Mr. Wrestling now? It's hard to think of john Cena not ever being part of it. It's like he has no igual. Is there anyone that can bring more ratings than John Cena?

he does get a lot of ratings.
he is great athlete, performer, great on the mic, he brings cheers and jeers.
and having him conventionally attractive and having a good physique isnt hurting his ratings base either
