Kane as IC Champion?

Would anyone else like to see Kane as IC Champion? I would prefer him to be a world champion, but since I don't think that's going to happen right now or most likely NEVER!!!!! I think that he deserves a title. I know that Kane's a good guy and he likes to job to people to put them over, but I'm just tired of him not being in any of the title pictures. It's obvious that he can destroy people and they should at least give him a run where that is all that he does. Personally, I would love that. I was just wondering what your thoughts where on Kane having a title. I'd rather watch him than Santino as champion.

god i forgot that santino was the ic champ just then...im sorry to say this but knowing wwe like i think i do, i am geussing santino isnt losing this title for a while yet...they are going to play on this honky tonk meter thing...and let him keep the title til there is like 10 weeks left before he loses it. otherwise it would be pointless havein the meter in the first place.

but i would love kane to win his world title back...he needs it ffs. but as blue just said i dont know if wwe are going to give glen jacobs what he deserves

I think he deserves it. It's a good division for a mid-carder like him, and if he played his cards right in that division, maybe he could be a World Champion in the future. So yes, I think Kane should be an IC Champion!

I also think Rey Mysterio deserves to be in the IC Title division.

right ok first thing kane winning the IC title and then the world would be justice in its own right.

kane and rey need to change places in the wwe rey would suit deffo the IC title and kane NEEDS The world title

Like I said, give him a brief IC Title reign, then let him feud with Shawn Michaels or someone!

and i reckon at the stage kane is in now he probably should wait a bit before going mainevent..but tbh he shouldve been pushed mainevent when he debuted. he was somewhat mainevent in 98 with his world title *24hours pfft* and the feud and tag with undertaker. But the wwe didnt push him, which is the reason he is like he is now

Agreed. He had a feud with HHH over the World Title, but he lost and it never seemed like he got back to that point where HE was the man. So I'd give him another couple of months with a brief IC Title reign, then maybe we'll see World Heavyweight Champion Kane.

What do you guys think of Kane winning the 2009 Royal Rumble? I say it would be well-deserved, and maybe that would push him to main-event status!

i have been after Kane winning the royal rumble, since i saw my first royal rumble to 2001 one where he FUCKING DOMINATED 11 eliminated. nearlly an hour non stop action, only to be eliminated by austin with the help of three chair shots.

im not quiet about how much i have disliked austin with his major role in the wwe but to be fair to him if it werent for him wed have no attitude era. but to give him 3 rumble victories, especially at Kanes expense was PATHETIC.

Kane shouldve already headlined mania in 03 when he was the last raw superstatr in the 03 rumble. but no they gave it to a battal royal. pfft. lol.

since losing his mask kane has gone so far down the chain. like yoo just mentioned he had a feud with hhh for the title. *i'll be it a STUPID story with necrophilia and man slaughter but oh well*...since then he was a top heel battling mid carders and had one more decent run in 04 against benoit only to lose fia a rollup or something.lets fac it..kane has held numerous tag, hardcore, ic and wwe titles in his career

and he has a total of *counts on hands* i think 15 reigns in wwe 1=wwe, 2=IC, 1=Hardcore, 1=ECW and 10=Tag....and only TWO of those regins where in the 5 years he has been maskless...what does that tell yoo

kane is being underutilized is what it tells me.
as mentioned in EVERY rumble *excluding 96 as yankeem* kane is a favourite and dominant force. yet between 04-07 he had crap performances in the rumble, not making it in the top6 left...thank god of 08 eh, final four and only being eliminated by 2 near 300 pounders

so i agree that Kane should win the rumble this time around. as a heel he would be a good challenger for im hoping then world champ uber face CM Punk at WM, with HHH v UNDERTAKER/EDGE and screw ECW lol.

its a case of will Kane be over enough as a heel or face by the royal rumble, it is only 2 month away
