WWE could have a strong divas division...

Yet for some reason, they fail to capitalize on all of the talent they actually have.

Raw:
Faces- Eve, Bellas, Gail, Melina, Natalya
Heels- Maryse, Jillian, Alicia

Smackdown:
Faces- Tiffany, Kelly, Beth
Heels- Michelle, Rosa, Layla, Serena

How it can be improved?

In theory, thats the easy part. On Raw, Eve is being built up as the top face. Have Melina return as a heel, wanting to take the title away from Eve. Have them engage in a fued, in the meantime, developing Eve as a character and a strong champion. In time, have Melina win the gold, and go on to fued with Natalya, and even involve Gail Kim. Almost instantly, we have a fued with 3 strong womens wrestlers.

As for Smackdown, send Maryse there as a face to go against Michelle McCool, while also developing Serena as a major anti-diva, which would garner her a lot of heat. Have the straight edge society team up with Vickie, and instantly you have a heat machine. Have a returning Beth fued with Serena, which could potentially be one of the great diva fueds if booked correctly. Call up Savanahh as a second fiddle to be used when the time is right.

If Victoria does indeed go back to WWE, even better. Instantly engage her in a fued with Laycool, where she captures the championship and goes on to fued fully with Michelle. In this process, develop Maryse as a credible face, and possibly even Layla as well. Melina could even be moved to Smackdown at some point to provide some more strong heels and let Gail/Natalya carry Raw.
