More on Mysterio Upset With WWE

It's being reported that tension between Rey Mysterio and WWE, as we noted here on the site, has cooled down in the past couple weeks, and the two sides have seemingly worked out any issues they have.

The initial gripe Mysterio had with management stemmed from WWE not allowing him to participate in a AAA Rey Mysterio tournament to present the winner with the trophy.

Reports then surfaced that Mysterio's contract was set to expire soon and that he felt he wasn't being offered enough money to re-sign with the company. However, this appears to be untrue as Mysterio still has 5 years left on his current WWE deal.

Oh, but Rey Mysterio can have whatever he wants because the kids love him and that's who the PG rating's for.

I used to be a Mysterio fan, then I turned 10.

I though he said he wanted to retire in the next 2-3 years..?

I had heard he was gonna retire when he has surgury on his knee. He is (or at the very least was) intending to have that before the end of 2010.

Love him or hate him the man who has caused Mysterio's knee problems is Chavo Guerrero.

He makes it he is on the level of Cena or Batista in starpower. He should've been a cruiserweight getting beat by Dolph Ziggler, not a main eventer. He should be fortunate not seeking more. I really have no respect for this man. He earns more a year than most would in 10 and he still biches, then makes out he supports all those poor people.

kids like anything that flips about, theres a reason why the likes of Mysterio, Bourne and Morrison are over with kids
