Breaking News: The Undertaker Injury Update

Reports are saying that Undertaker has a broken orbital bone and will be out all summer. The injury came about during his match with Rey Mysterio on SmackDown! last week.

'Taker has been removed from all WWE events through the summer, and the situation is expected to be addressed during tonight's SmackDown! tapings.

Is it just a coincidence that Punk gets busted open and Taker gets injured after they both faced Rey Mysterio? I think that guy needs to retire!

Its not about Rey Mysterio. The man can't even work a full schedual and he still manages to injure himself and be off the block for months. Its just getting too repetitive. This guy's hip has came out of place more times than a granny getting fucked.

When it comes to Rey's injuries, you will say he should retire because you hate him, but as soon as its someone you like who is injured, he should continue to stay and continually destroy his body. We all bitch about Triple H and all the old timers in TNA stealing the spotlight, when this guy is in the same boat. Sure he puts stars over, but he never ends the fued looking weak (aka he always wins the final match).

Lol, so it's Takers fault Mysterio broke bones in his face, gotcha. If the Undertaker was always in the spotlight, he'd never take breaks, allowing the younger guys to step up. Not everyone is like HHH, guys

the main reason i see as to why Taker isnt always in the spotlight, is because he misses half of the year through time off/injuries the rest of the year he is in the spotlight...if he was injured or on leave, he would be in the spotlight all the time, or at least thats what i reckon

Yet he has had 2 Matches Of The Year in a Row, Call him Grandpa but for what it's worth right now at his best, he still out performs 95% of the roster.

I would expect Taker to be lined up for retirement this coming WM if WWE have put him in a vegititive state in a storyline.

Rey's expected to retire this year anyways so everyone's happy.

That's true. Somehow I have the gut feeling that if he were healthy enough to perform more, then he'd be more than willing to step aside and help bring younger guys to the forefront.

your only saying that because your a huge fan of his. who knows whether or not Taker would be in the spotlight if he wasnt injured, fact is, we will never know, because he has one extended break and one injury break per year
