| I have learned from key WWE sources, and it has been reported on in article by Examiner.com, that The Undertaker may be taking a new position with WWE.
As his schedule of wrestling has greatly decreased and his active career as an in-ring performer is drawing closer, it is believed that he will take on a role with talent development.
Several people, including Sean Waltman in a recent video, have confirmed that The Undertaker was at FCW recently taking a look at talent.
As one source told me "It would be hard to find an opinion that is more respected when it comes to who can make it in this business than The Undertaker."
WZ was the first to report several months ago about how HHH is in more control than ever and looking to overhaul the developmental system in WWE. The addition of The Undertaker being involved in scouting or working with talent would certainly fall in line with overhaul and improvement of developmental.

| As someone who has seem all different types of talents and worked with some of the greatests of all-time; I know I would have a great amount of trust in Taker in that role. | |

| She should do something like that.
I don't see why they shouldn't have a female's perspective [who was an active competitor] on talent scouting.

| I think 'Taker will be a really good asset to the company in this role. He has been in the business for years and has always been a fan favorite. He definitely should have an eye for talent.

Exactly, for someone who has struggled 5 years to find her place in the company....shouldn't be the person to scout development talent. I mean, if you couldn't find your own place......how do you expect people to see it in people. And dead, it doesn't take a great wrestler to train great wrestlers. My dad said it all the time, not just because you were a great athlete means you make a great coach. Just a thought. But honestly, i'd be more comfortable with Torrie WIlson scouting over Michellle, Torrie got over instantly.....Michelle struggled 5 years, she was obviously doing something wrong.

| I don't really see McCool coaching inexperienced divas as a bad thing, tbh. She has had nearly as much in ring experience as the likes of Trish Stratus. To say she isn't a good wrestler is IMO hating on her because of her boring personality and overpushed nature. She had excellent in ring psychology and was a very good mat wrestler. I don't think she's ever had a terrible/clusterfuck match. | |

| Michelles completely lacking in charisma and ability to get over, so how can she train others to do so. I am dreading if she be becomes TE trainer for the next series as would completely ruin my favourite show. When it was rumoured Jillian Hall was going to be a trainer down at FCW that's the kind of ex talent they should be using. Very experienced good all rounder . | |
