Major Charges Dropped Against Jeff Hardy, Next Court Date

The Moore County, North Carolina officials have dropped a number of charges against Jeff Hardy, according to a report on PWTorch.com.
The charge of a felony possession of cocaine and maintaining a dwelling for redistribution of controlled substances have been dropped, as well as the misdemeanor possession of drug paraphenalia charge.
Hardy is however still facing a conspiracy to traffic opium charge, which was added back in January.
Hardy is scheduled to return to court on July 6.



To me whoever reporting this ain't looked up the law Traffic opium is about 10 or 20 years in jail. So If I was jeff I rather had that one dropped and kept going against the others.
