For your info we have many "Arubans" born on the Island from American parents, and we are so super idiotic that the Marriott -Ritz Carlton -Hyatt -Radisson- Westin and more have invested "over 2 billion US Dollars in property here because it is a friendly and safe place.
Even safer then US Virgin islands and Puerto Rico, just go visit them to find out for your self.

If you have no idea how the dutch law system works, then i don't think you are entitled to say anything. I personally find the dutch law a piece of shit. There is no life sentence, the longest you could get is like 25 year, that is the maximum...which is far better then the maximum of 20 years.

It's funny though, because the aruban govt had little say, once things went down, the dutch already sent a representetive to handle things.

And i'm Sorry, i've went out with friend before and not even if i live there, i don't leave a party if everyone is accounted for and it is a rule that we don't leave friends walk off with strangers alone. He took people's lives and that is very sad. We can point to all this he said she said But his Dad had a lot of stroke to protect them from this shit and they couldn't find a body. If any government found her body. I am sure they would of charged him. So I don't Blame her parents for wanting there daughter returned home and to be able to bring them some peace of mind to rest. I don't blame the Aruba Government because I am sure if they could of found the body and made this disappear quick they would of. Sadly there was one guy who broke the law and his daddy made sure it was covered up and he felt above the law again to take another innocent life no matter what he won't ever get out of prison

they already said if he survives this life sentence down there that he will be sent to the USA for extortion on the Halloway family I guess for saying he would tell them where the girls body was if they gave him money.

But No One commited a crime here except Joran Van Der Sloot and his father.
